Join Our Team: Become an UnChained Program Coach!
UnChained is inviting passionate individuals to become Program Coaches in our Canines Teaching Compassion program. As a Coach, you play a pivotal role in transforming lives – both of canines and youth in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. This opportunity is not just a job; it's a chance to make a real difference.
Role & Importance:
Program Coaches are the backbone of our Canines Teaching Compassion program. They support the Program Trainer and Facilitator in implementing effective training sessions. As a Coach, you will guide at-risk youth in training exercises with dogs, using positive reinforcement and force-free methods. Your role is crucial in creating a safe, trustful environment where both youth and dogs can thrive.
Program Manager
Role & Importance:
The Program Manager oversees the overall execution of our programs, ensuring that they align with UnChained's mission and goals. You will work closely with Coaches and Program Trainers to create a positive and impactful experience for all participants.
